CANCELLATION POLICY
New clients are required to place a 35% deposit at booking. This deposit goes toward your service and is non-refundable. If a client no call/no shows, the remaining balance of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment before your scheduled start time. By booking, you are confirming that you can arrive on time and ready for your service. Please note: arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no call/no show, and the appropriate fee will apply.
